• BookBrowser - Premier reader's advisory site for reading lists, forthcoming titles, hot titles and author pseudonyms.  "If you like this author, try these..." answers to questions.
• GuyReads - a great site for men who want to find something good to read - recommends titles, authors.
• Overbooked - a massive collection of book-related information, reviews, hot lists and book categories organized by month.
• BookSpot - Links many book related websites together; lots of reading lists and award-winners.
• Romance Books - presents A-F graded reviews, essays and lists about romance books. 
• Webrary - electronic discussion group devoted to reader's advisory topics; lots of useful lists divided by genres, characters, settings and subjects.
• Powell's Books - Liked Amazon but has more short lists and serious discussion.
• SDforKids - Prairie Bud/Pasque recommended award winners booksite for children, grades 4-6. 
• LPL Book Resources - up-to-date book lover resources; some only available to LPL patrons.
• Reading Roundtable - IL site designed to cover genre/sub-genre characteristics and representative authors.

CRIME/MYSTERY BOOK SITES -

• ClueLass Home Page. A mystery lover's notebook, focusing on new releases in it's "Bloodstained Bookshelf" by Kate Derie.
• MysteryNet.com. Includes online "solvable mini-mysteries" and teacher lesson plans.
• Sisters in Crime. Offers private message boards, chat rooms, publication files and a writer's workshop - can be viewed by nonmembers.
